Blood Transfusion

Blood Transfusion Training (BTT) e-learning programme supports the training of staff directly involved in the blood transfusion process and/or the management of patients requiring anti-D immunoglobulin prophylaxis. Safe and appropriate blood transfusion saves and improve lives, but is not without risk.

The Transfusion Training e-learning nursing course programme’s modules guide clinical and laboratory healthcare staff involved in the blood transfusion process (in adults, neonates, infants, and children) through each step of the transfusion process.
